FAQ & Policies
Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 5 days before arrival. Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs at least 1 day before arrival. No refunds within 1 day of arrival.
There is a $60 pet fee per stay for up to 2 dogs maximum for the houses & cabin. There is a $40 pet fee per stay for 1 dog maximum (must be under 25 lbs.) for MoonShine Trailer. We don’t allow other animals without prior approval.
An agreement will be emailed to you and must be signed within 48 hours of booking to finalize the reservation.
Extra Guest Fee is $50 per night per guest over Guest Maximum for each listing. We can discuss extra guests with you as we limit this as well. Only registered guests are allowed on the property & in the rental unless there is prior approval.
No outdoor fires or fireworks are allowed. Our outdoor propane BBQ, outdoor firepit/fireplace, & indoor fireplace are allowed.
We have a camera pointed on the front entry to ensure only the registered guests are on the property. We don’t record audio.
Our listings are in quiet riverfront residential neighborhoods with neighbors on both sides. Please be mindful of noise after dark.
